5+ years experience working within an MSP and understand relationship management
Ability to translate technical terms to non-technical business owners
Approachable, resilient and a strong team leader who is willing to mentor juniors.

Strong full-stack development capability
Commercial experience with JavaScript, Node.js and Python
Experience building integrations between multiple business systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working with APIs, automations and workflow platforms

Own electrical design end-to-end — from concept and system architecture through to full documentation (SLDs, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, IO lists, loop diagrams, BOMs)
Perform design calculations to Australian Standards (AS3000, AS3008, AS61439)
Lead automation and controls design, including PLC/SCADA integratio
Coordinate and run FAT & SAT to ensure systems perform before they leave the factory and after installation
Represent engineering in client-facing sessions - HAZOPs, design reviews, and site meetings
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across design and site delivery, escalating where needed
Support site testing and field service to keep projects running smoothly post-installation
